Bishop Auckland manager Brian Honour has hinted he may quit at the end of the season.
Honour, who has been manager since early last season, has spoken of his frustration and lack of enjoyment in recent weeks, as Bishops battle to get into the top 13 automatic promotion places.
"I'm going to see how it goes between now and the end of the season," he said. "I'm just not enjoying myself.
"We shouldn't be scratching around, trying to finish 13th or better.
"The players have under-achieved in recent weeks, and at times I feel as if I've been banging my head off a brick wall and saying the same things time and again.
"The season has been a real rollercoaster, and last Wednesday night's game (2-1 defeat at home to Witton) typified that. We did well in the first half and led at half time, but we were dreadful in the second half. I nearly rapped it in at the end of the game.
"But whatever happens, I'll be doing my utmost to make sure that we finish in the top 13, and win the Durham Challenge Cup.
"And if that happens, then who knows?"
Honour will make changes today as Bishops go to high flying Farsley Celtic, looking for their first win in nine league matches.
Defender Mark Foster is missing with a groin injury, while veteran Micky Taylor could return to the forward line.
Spennymoor, meanwhile, can consolidate in the play off zone in the Premier Division if they win at Bradford PA.
Manager Tony Lee will give Liam Sutcliffe his debut, as Gareth Downey has gone back to Scarborough at the end of his loan.
