EASTER bunnies visited a Darlington pet store at the weekend.
Members of the National English Rabbit Club were at Pets at Home, in Darlington Retail Park, for an education day.
Visitors could handle a range of English rabbit types and get expert advice on keeping them as pets.
Club member Brian Kettlewood said: "I have been working with rabbits and the English Rabbit Club for more than 50 years and am delighted that Pets at Home have given us the opportunity to promote the welfare of rabbits through their store.
"The English rabbit is one of the oldest rabbit breeds, and by nature becomes accustomed to and likes human attention, making them very good pets."
The rabbits will be in the store again today, from 11am to 4pm.
