A series of courses aimed at introducing people to new hobbies will be held at the Arc, in Stockton.
Meditation classes will take place on Mondays until July 26, from 6.30pm to 7.30pm and each session costs £5.
On Tuesday evenings salsa classes with teacher and DJ Vicky Bryan take place from 7pm to 8pm, until July 27. Each session costs £2.
Street dance lessons will take place on Wednesdays from 6pm to 8.30pm, until July 14 and cost £4 per session.
Linda Jenkins will host a painting with watercolours course on Thursdays from 7pm to 9pm. The course runs until June 17 and costs £5 per session.
