OUTREACH support groups that will continue because of the £40,000 award are:
Ferryhill, which meets in Cleves Cross Community Lounge, on the first Monday of the month, from 1.30pm to 3.30pm; Sedgefield, which meets at Ceddesfeld Hall, every other Tuesday, from 1.30pm to 3.30pm and Newton Aycliffe, which meets in Gilpin Court community room, on Fridays, from 10am to 12.30pm.
Sedgefield Community Hospital meets in the seminar room, on Tuesdays from 1.30pm to 3.30pm and the Mental Health/Addictions Support Group meet on the last Wednesday of the month in the Pioneering Care Centre, Newton Aycliffe, from 10am to noon. The Parent Carers Support Group also meets at the centre, on the first Monday of the month, from 7pm to 9pm.
The Gents Support Group meets at the RAFA Club, in Barrington Road, Newton Aycliffe, on Thursdays from 2pm to 4pm while the Moving Forward Group meets in Simpasture Court community room, Newton Aycliffe, on the last Monday of the month, from 1.30pm to 3pm.
Meetings are held in the community lounge in Garbutt Close, Shildon, every other Wednesday, from 1pm to 3pm, and in the community lounge, King William Grange, Spennymoor, on every other Friday from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.
