Darlington RA manager Dave Woodcock is looking to finish in a top six position after his side's midweek victory at New Marske, writes Malcolm Pratt.
"It has been to some extent a disappointing season but we are seventh with four games to play and within striking distance of the two teams immediately above us," declared Woodcock.
Tomorrow, RA visit second-from-bottom Ferryhill Athletic and it is a case of three in and two out.
Mark Radmore, who gets married next week, is unavailable and so too is Paul Freary who will not play again this season. He has travelled up from Liverpool University most weekends but will now turn his attentions to cricket with Darlington RA.
Woodcock though is boosted by the availability of James Chapman, Rob Morley and Phil Sweet and a victory tomorrow would lift his team at least one place up the table since Ryhope CW are without a fixture.
