Willington Ladies League: Norma Davison of Willington Club B celebrated her team's title victory in the darts section by hitting a maximum and following it with a checkout of 127.
This completed a whitewash victory at Willington Lion and Unicorn and put the Club B 15 points clear at the top with only one match remaining. Sunnybrow Brown Trout are second in the darts section and lead Willington Club A by five points.
Willington Cottles B moved two points clear at the top of the dominoes section after they took eight points from their two matches played, one against their A team and the other at the Prospect Club. Willington Market and Willington Burn share second place, three points ahead of the Prospect Club.

CIU League
Byers Green jumped back to the top of the darts section table when they beat the visiting Ferryhill by the odd point. This result pushed them two points ahead of Cockton Hill, who only dropped two points to the visiting Crowtrees and Crook Belle Vue, who were without a game but now have a match in hand.
There were darts maximums from Eddie Ashman of Ferryhill, Nicky Kidman of Middlestone Moor and Colin Walker of Willington, whilst Alan Clarkson made the quickest finish of the week with a 13 darts check-out.
Byers Green remain unbeaten in the dominoes section and remain one point ahead of Cockton Hill, who lead Newfield by one point. The unbeaten Prospect share the top spot in the pool section with Cockton Hill. The pair hold a one point advantage over Ferryhill, who have a match in hand.

Auckland Area CIU League
Robert Douthwaite and Chris Kitch of West Auckland took the League Darts Pairs title when they beat Tommy Ward and Kevin Nixon in the final. In the semis, Douthwaite and Kitch beat Sean Musgrave and Jeff Bowron of Horndale, whilst Ward and Nixon beat Neil Pinkney and Tony Mundell of West Auckland.
The League Dominoes Pairs title went to Alan Lithgow and Alan Lamb of Cockton Hill after they beat George Galone and Raymond Race of Eldon Lane in the final. In the semis, Lithgow and Lamb beat Alan Race and Ronnie Thompson of Eldon Lane, whilst Galone and Race beat Stuart Fox and Tony Webb of Evenwood.
Michael Townsend and Ian Bowes of West Auckland took the League Whist Pairs title when they beat Peter Race and Bob Bradley of Cockton Hill in the final. In the semis, Townsend and Bowes beat Keith Younghusband and Brian Younghusband of Eldon Lane, whilst Race and Bradley beat Russell Place and David Bousen of Cockton Hill.
The League Pool Pairs title went to John Richardson and Brian Denham of West Auckland after they beat Brian Singlewood and Alec Drennan of Cockton Hill. In the semis, Richardson and Denham beat Tommy Scott and Sean Musgrave of Horndale, whilst Singlewood and Drennan beat Kevin Weldon and Stephen Weldon of Eldon Lane.
In the semi finals of the League Fives and Threes Pairs Championship John Richardson and Robert Douthwaite of West Auckland beat George Mills and Davy Hodgson of Hodgson, whilst Alan Lithgow and Tommy Ward of Cockton Hill beat Alan Bell and John Collingwood of Old Shildon. Shortage of time prevented the final from being played and it will be completed in the future.
Teams are now to be involved in the two leg ties in the first round of the Team Knockout and secretary, John Bell has asked that all results are with him by Saturday morning immediately after the match.
