MEMBERS of Durham Constabulary's Male Voice Choir are hoping their annual concert will be a sell-out.
Each year the show has seen all 350 tickets snapped up and expectations are high for their latest performance which will be staged at the police headquarters, at Aykley Heads on Saturday, April 24.
The 40-strong choir will offer a wide-ranging programme embracing opera, modern musicals, religious pieces, traditional folk songs and pop songs.
Guest soloist will be soprano Rachel Orr, who has sung with Northern Opera and more recently featured on BBC Radio when she shared the stage with Kenny Ball and his Jazzmen at Newcastle City Hall.
Rachel, deputy head at Shotton Colliery Junior and Infants School, has appeared at events throughout the country.
Tickets for the evening, which starts at 7pm, are £5. A limited number may be available on the night.
