DARLINGTON Football Club will be raffling off memorabilia at this weekend's charity match at the Reynolds Arena.
The game has been jointly arranged by Quakers boss David Hodgson and lifelong Darlington fan Paul Hodgson, with all gate receipts being split between the cash-strapped club and the Percy Hedley Foundation in Newcastle.
A David Hodgson XI, which will feature Paul Gascoigne, Peter Beardsley and Paul Walsh among others, will play a Granada TV XI on Sunday, at 1.30pm.
The items, which include signed and framed shirts from all the players who took part in the charity game in January, including Gascoigne, Chris Waddle and Bryan Robson, were originally planned to go to auction at a fundraising dinner at the end of the season.
However, Hodgson has decided to scrap the idea and give fans who attend the game the chance to win a prize.
More than 14,000 fans attended the Reynolds Arena at the last charity match, which raised more than £130,000.
The full kits from the game will be raffled at the home match with Swansea on Saturday, May 1.
Admission prices for the charity match are £8 for adults and £4 for children. Executive boxes are priced at £150.
