BUOYANT Neale Cooper admits it's fun managing Hartlepool United at the moment.
Four wins in a row and confidence is sky high in theVictoria Park camp as a play-off place looks ever closer.
Pool have a healthy advantage over seventh place and Cooper said: "We've got to keep focused on what we are doing and what we want to achieve. We are in a good position right now.
"The good things about this bunch of boys is that it's not difficult to keep them focused.
"Fitness levels are tremendous at the moment. Confidence is high, we have fun in training and they work hard for the cause and do the right things. They are taking that into the match as well. We look really sharp and when we move the ball about the park like we can, we can match anyone.''
He added: "We played some really nice stuff again - end of first-half and start of second was great. Once we got the ball down and passed it we looked good. Playing long and high balls isn't our style - we are not a big side to do that.
"I don't put pressure on them before the game, saying we have to do this or that. They are in good form at the moment and having a good time.
"Everyone is working for each other and it's a good club. Tinks was again superb at the back, Boydy got two goals and gave us good workrate again, Darrell hit the post twice, it was a good day.''
* Tony Sweeney had an arm bandaged up after being struck by the ball in the first-half, but it is believed not to be broken.
