Spennymoor manager Tony Lee is desperate to avoid any more injuries when they go to Gainsborough in their final league game.
Moors are guaranteed a spot in next week's play-offs and, regardless of their result today, will be away from home.
Lee said: "We're really struggling, and can't afford any more injuries. We only carry 14 players in the squad.
"But we know we're in for a tough game, because Gainsborough are fighting for the last promotion place.
"But if the lads show the character from the last few matches, then we can give them a game."
Moors' form has picked up in recent weeks, and they have gone unbeaten in their last five matches. Midfielder Jon Cullen is unavailable, while Neale Bishop is suspended.
Bishop Auckland can relax and enjoy their last away game at Witton Albion in the First Division after clinching promotion.
"It's been a very long and tense season," said manager Brian Honour, who announced that he is almost certain to stay on in the hot seat.
"The lads have worked very hard this season, and we've come a long way in two years."
Chris Mason and Michael Fenwick, who both impressed on Wednesday, are missing.
Whitby, at home to league runners up Droylsden, could bring in several players as they also prepare for a home tie in the play offs.
