Fairs Software Tyneside Junior League: Chester-le-Street had mixed fortunes in the two games they have played recently.
Already established as champions they crashed 5-1 to second club Walker Central for whom Grant Kershaw bagged a brace of goals.
At the weekend the Cestrians returned to winning form defeating Consett 6-1 with goals from Andrew Bullford (3), Robbie Blemmings (2) and Stephen Richardson
Following their superb performance against Chester-le-Street, Walker Central crashed 3-1 to Whitley Bay and Seaham Red Star kept alive their hopes of being runners-up beating New Hartley 4-2.

Durham County Council Lomax Enterprises Youth League
Washington Dunlop qualified to meet Redheugh in the final of the Lady Eden Hospital Cup with a 2-1 victory over league rivals Trimdon United.
Andrew Taylor was on target for Dunlop and Lewis Robinson for Trimdon before Dale Clark scored a vital second goal for Dunlop which earned his side their place in the last stage of the competition.
Rohm and Haas JOC Hetton Youth League
Ryhope, who have already won the league championship and the Subsidiary Cup, added the prestigious North East Durham Youth Cup to their collection of silverware when they defeated Trimdon in the final.
Following a goalless first half Michael Patterson broke the deadlock and when Chris Maxwell added a second goal Trimdon faced an uphill struggle.
It was just about all over for Trimdon when Patterson struck his second goal to make the final score 3-0.
Ryhope are still involved in another three finals in which they will meet Jarrow St Bedes. In the Palmer Cup, to be played on Friday, they visit Jarrow St Bedes, while the final of the league cup is next Monday morning kick off 11am. The final of the league subsidiary is also between Ryhope and Jarrow St Bedes and it will be staged on May 8.
Jarrow St Bedes clinched the Sunderland Eye Infirmary Cup with a 3-1 win over Sacriston.
Stephen Green gave Jarrow a 30th minute lead, but before the interval Sacriston were level through Scott Embleton.
There were no further goals in normal time, but in additional time Sacriston's hopes ended as Green completed his hat-trick in the first period.
Despite giving an outstanding performance, goalkeeper Gareth Mawson finished on the losing side.

Low Fell C won the Under-11 division league cup with a sudden death penalty shoot-out against Leam Rangers Y. Jamie Lee and James Fenwick scored for Rangers with Johnny Ward and Len McGill on target for Low Fell before the tie went to penalties.
In the Under-11 division of the league Low Fell M topped the table by two points, but Leam Rangers G have no fewer than four games in hand. Low Fell M won 5-0 at Whickham Fellside Y when Paul Donnelly bagged a brace of goals.
Leam Rangers G enhanced their prospects of clinching the championship when they put nine goals past Consett B who failed to reply. Andrew Garrett (4), Lewis Meach (3) and Jake Goff (2) were the scorers
Mark Longstaff and Sam Harvey both scored three times in a 9-1 success for Beamish over Stocksfield and a brace of goals by Ryan Lowes featured in a 3-2 victory for Ryton at South Moor.
Benjamin Campsell found the net on three occasions leading Blackfyne to a 6-1 win at Winlaton and goals from Sophie Coyle (3) and Callum Thompson (2) enabled Consett R to defeat Blaydon 6-0.
Only one game was played in the Under-12 division and Low Fell are now just a point behind Redheugh after beating their rivals for the championships 4-0. The two teams have played the same number of matches.
In the Under-12 subsidiary cup Chris Hall rattled in a hat-trick as Leam Rangers inflicted a 7-0 defeat on Blaydon, Consett finished 3-0 in front of Beamish, while Felling won 4-0 at Ryton two two goals from Andrew Chaters.
Washington Oxclose still lead the Under-13 section despite losing 3-0 to second top Chopwell, who despite being 12 points behind the leaders, are five games in hand.
Third placed Whickham Fellside R finished 5-1 in front of Blackfyne with a hat-trick by Lewis McKay and at Swalwell Whickham Fellside B won 4-2. Jordan Byson and Lloyd Miller both scored twice for Whickham.
Leam Rangers G just edged Winlaton 2-0, Rutherford hit Cleveland Hall with a 5-2 defeat, Low Fell put three goals past Redheugh who failed to reply while Blaydon and Leam Rangers Y shared in an eight goals thriller which ended 4-4. Sasha Manko recorded a hat-trick for Blaydon and Scott Anderson scored twice for Leam Rangers.
In the Under-14 subsidiary cup there were wins for Cleveland Hall, Leam Rangers and South Moor. Cleveland Hall edged Blaydon 2-1 and South Moor won 2-0 at Winlaton, but goals were more plentiful for Leam Rangers who hit seven past the Low Fell defence. David Regus, Ryan Laidlaw and Michael Currie all scored twice for Leam Rangers.
