Stokesley SC, who this morning host Boldon CA in the final of the Monkwearmouth Charity Cup, reached the last stage of the Wearside League Cup with a comprehensive victory over Cleadon SC.
Stokesley were also beaten finalists in the Sunderland Shipowners' Cup and have won the North Riding County Cup.
Richard Orr gave them the lead with a superb individual effort. He beat three men before finding the net from 18 yards before Robert Donnelly made it two, three minutes into the second period.
Following a well-worked move involving Nathan Haslam and Jonathan Newton, Craig Johnson added to the woes of Cleadon and it was all over for the visitors as Newton included his name on the scoresheet.
Birtley Town will be Stokesley's opponents.
They needed extra time before seeing off Wolviston who at one stage led 3-1. John Patterson gave the visitors the encouragement of a second-minute goal and after Jason Jones levelled, Andrew Steel bagged a brace for the Teessiders.
Birtley rallied a second time and were rewarded with efforts from Philip Makle and Jones to take the tie into extra time. Michael Ford then grabbed the winner and Keith Foster shot wide with a penalty for Birtley.
North Shields took another step towards the championship defeating Harton and Westoe 3-0. Roy Gordon scored following a free kick and by the 18th minute the Robins were two up as Stephen Hamil also found the top corner of the net. Harton had chances but Shields wrapped up three crucial points with a late header from Andy Stokes.
At the other end of the table, Ferryhill Athletic completed their home, losing 5-0 to Windscale for whom Paul Collins, Peter O'Donnell, Howard Kirkbride, Mark Young and Liam Bell all found the net.
Despite winning 2-0 at the halfway stage with goals by Simon Bates and Chris Callen, Gateshead Reserves shared the points with Boldon CA. Lee Seff reduced the deficit and Craig Walsh claimed the equaliser.
Two goals by Shaun Godfrey and Andrew Place just before half time were sufficient for Ryhope CW at New Marske and Annfield Plain edged Whitehaven 2-1.
They took a 10th-minute lead through Ben Thompson and after Barry Fowler levelled from the penalty spot, Phil Donnelly struck the winner with just a few minutes remaining.
The game between Jarrow and Barnard Castle Glaxo was postponed because the ground was unfit.
