The team behind a children's recipe book cooked up treats for customers at a North Yorkshire book shop on Saturday.
Sally Mowbray, Rosey Hill, Katie Ireland and Rachel Stainsby were promoting their book, Hand in Hand - an extraordinary cookbook, at Ottakar's bookshop in Northallerton.
The vegetarian recipe book introduces children to food and ingredients from all over the world.
The emphasis is on health, independence and food awareness.
Rosey Hill, who designed and illustrated the book, said: "We wrote and designed this book with, and for, children.
"We spent many months working with children from Fishergate Primary School, in York, in developing the recipes and the design of the book. Their drawings, which feature in the front and back of the book, really inspired me when it came to producing my final illustrations."
Book shop manager Roger Cole said it was a pleasure to have them in the store. He said: "We had a fantastic day and it was something different for the customers.
"The ladies are very jolly and outgoing and relate very well to the customers."
