A CHARITY evening at a County Durham pub raised £1,515 for leukaemia research at the Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle.
An auction and raffles were held at The Three Horse Shoes, in Pit House Lane, Leamside, Durham.
It was organised by landlord Terry Pinkerton and landlady, Pat, and sponsored by Alan Daggart, who suffers from the disease.
Mr Daggart donated the prizes for the auction.
He said: "It was a fantastic night and I would like to thank everyone for their generosity and support."
