A WOMAN has turned a ten-year dream into a business reality with an international business importing hair extensions from Asia.
Victoria Lynch, 26, from Stockton, who learned hair extension techniques as a teenager, called her international import/export business Additional Lengths, and supplies a steadily growing list of clients.
She is also making use of her ten years of hairdressing experience by teaching hairdressers how to attach natural hair extensions.
Following the launch of her website, www.additionallengths.co.uk, inquiries have come from all over the world.
Ms Lynch was helped by the New Entrepreneurial Scholarship (NES) scheme, managed by Teesside Business School, and plans to recruit staff during the summer.
She said: "I love the confidence it gives me when people ask what I do and I can say 'I run my own business'."
