A FESTIVAL celebrating the work of North-East film-makers will take place next week.
Reflex will bring together four short films made in the region to showcase North-East talent.
The event will be in the Empire Theatre, Consett, which has been screening a short film before its main feature movie for a month.
Film-maker Rachel Matt-hews will host the festival, which features two of her works -the comedy Danny and His Amazing Teeth, and Mrs Buchan.
The other two pieces to be screened are Rob of the Rovers, by Ashley Horner, and Tattoo, by Jules Williamson, which was nominated for a Bafta.
Reflex will take place at the Empire Theatre on Wednesday, May 26, at 7.30pm. Admission is £3. For tickets, call (01207) 218171.
