Willington realised the formidable total of 108 for three when they visited Ushaw Moor and won by 63 runs, writes Malcolm Pratt.
Harker ended unbeaten on 53 and Broadley contributed 23 not out while for Ushaw Moor Ross Whelpdale captured two of the three wickets to fall for 21 runs in four overs. Responding, Ushaw Moor were restricted to 45 for three as Alderson took two wickets for two runs from the three overs he delivered.
Bishop Auckland dismissed Etherley for only 18 and won by ten wickets while Brandon had 21 runs in hand of Langley Park. Jamie Robinson struck three boundaries in 40 and Ian Hyde added 20 to the grand total of 87 for five while for Langley Park Rob Moralee captured three for 15 in four overs and Witney had figures of two for ten from three overs.
When Langley Park went into bat they totalled 66 for six which included 26 by Adam Dinsdale with a couple of fours. David Cant claimed three for 21 in five overs and Tom Orton took one at a cost of six runs in two overs.
Jackson (43) and Hodgson with 27 led Tudhoe to a match winning 91 for two against Shildon who were 65 for five at stumps. Jackson followed up his batting performance claiming two for ten and Willens had figures of two for eight in the Tudhoe attack.
