Former title holders Thirsk have emerged early pacesetters with a hat-trick of victories to top the First Division.
The Thirsk side won their only First Division championship in the league six years ago but are currently two points ahead of present champions Boroughbridge.
Thirsk have already beaten the new title holders, as well as Bedale and Harrogate Academy's A team.
Their 7.5-1.5 victory over the Academy was secured with the following scorelines (Thirsk names first): Graham Parker and Carole Collinson beat Johnthan Wells and Lynne Taylor 6-0 6-2; lost to Andrew Taylor and Charlotte O'Brien 4-6; beat Ian Brown and Carolyn Rothwell 6-4 6-1.
Nick Hatch and Debbie Hannam beat Wells and L Taylor 6-1 6-0; beat A Taylor and O'Brien 6-4 6-1; beat Brown and Rothwell 6-1.
Paul Spence and N Lea beat Wells and L Taylor 6-2; halved with A Taylor and O'Brien 2-6 6-4; beat Brown and Rothwell 6-1 6-1.
Boroughbridge romped to an 8-1 win over Bedale with top strings Graeme Campbell and Kate Needham taking three victories. There were also three wins for the partnership of Ian Grasby and Cathy Farrand, while Ashley Cope and Suzanne Lodge won two matches.
Meanwhile Harlow's newcomer Andrew Carter continued his winning seam. He is now undefeated in all three matches after Harlow toppled neighbours Harrogate Racquets 5-4 in their latest clash.
