A 53-year-old man was today banned from entering all NHS premises following a campaign of anti-social behaviour.
York Magistrates Court issued an interim anti-social behaviour order (Asbo) against Norman Hutchins.
The order prohibits Hutchins from entering in person or contacting by telephone any NHS establishment without lawful excuse or prior written permission.
The court acted after hearing how Hutchins has a string of convictions for nuisance, assault and abuse dating back many years.
In the last six months he has been reported more than 40 times.
