OLD crop wheat has continued to fall, but has found a little interest from the export market. The problem will be that, if we recover too much, we will price ourselves out of the market again. New crop values have also remained weak, with good harvest prospects around the world.
Oilseed prices fell heavily last week, with good growing conditions around the world and rumours of China wanting to renegotiate its purchases from Brazil.

Grainfarmers, Thorp Arch. - Wheat: June no price; July £76; Aug £66. Barley: June, July no price; Aug £61. Oilseed rape: June, July no price; Aug £150.
