WORK is under way on a base for one of the country's leading cycle clothing and accessory distributors.
A £1.4m warehouse and office facility is being built at the Thirsk Industrial Park for Zyro, which is based in Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire.
The 30,000sq ft development will provide storage, office, training and showroom space and is being built by design build and development company Severfield-Reeve Projects.
Construction director John Siddall said: "Construction work is progressing well and is due to be completed by the end of this year - adding to our already extensive involvement with Thirsk Industrial Park, which has become an important economic entity in this part of North Yorkshire."
Joint founder and managing director of Zyro Julie Ellison said: "The new base at Thirsk will play an important part in our continuing development."
