A PLAY is being staged about life in Teesside's Sunday football league.
Studs, written by Gordon Steel, of Teesside, has opened at The Arc, in Stockton.
The story focuses on the Eston Bank Hotel team's aim to overcome life, their girlfriends and the council to win the county cup.
Featuring local actors, the Hull Truck Theatre Company production has successfully toured the North before coming to Stockton.
The play contains strong language and was described by The Stage as "a genuinely outstanding comedy with the funniest sex scene in a changing room you will ever see".
Tickets for Studs are £12, and £5 for concessions, and it runs until Saturday, June 12. To book, call (01642) 525199.
