A HOSPICE was transformed at the weekend for a flower festival.
Floral arrangements in the festival depict areas of celebration in people's lives.
Pat Howes, trustee of the Teesside Hospice Care Foundation in Middlesbrough, and main organiser of the festival, said: "The flower arrangers are mainly from local flower clubs who have shown such a keen interest and enthusiasm over the past few months to produce these spectacular displays.
"These ladies also give their time on a monthly basis to enhance the appearance of the hospice with flower arranging."
The floral displays included themes such as birth and baptism, teenage years, Christmas, harvest festival and weddings.
The flower clubs which contributed included Norton, Loftus and Guisborough, Great Ayton Ladies, Stokesley and Teesside.
