Plans for a museum celebrating the life of explorer Captain James Cook are to be considered by councillors..
Scarborough Borough Council will debate the plans, submitted by the James Cook Charity Trust, to restore a 19th Century railway engine shed in the harbour at Whitby, North Yorkshire.
The shed will be restored and refurbished to create a heritage exhibition and education centre that will focus on the famous navigator.
