TEES Valley Leisure, which manages leisure facilities on behalf of Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, has retained its Investors in People status after an assesment.
The non-profit company, which was established in 1999, manages five leisure centres and the Hoop Dreams basketball project.
It has also signed an agreement with Middlesbrough Football Club to manage its Football in the Community venue at Eston.
The assessment showed the company was committed to developing its staff to achieve its business objectives.
