People living in the Stockton area are being encouraged to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
A free Active-Health event has been organised by the borough council's Healthy Lifestyles Team in conjunction with North Tees Primary Care Trust next Wednesday, June 16, at Kiora Hall, Ragpath Lane, Stockton at noon.
It will promote physical activity and provide information on preventing illnesses associated with inactivity and the chance to receive holistic treatments, dietary and lifestyle advice and fitness testing.
There will also be physical activity taster sessions such as yoga, Tai Chi, gentle exercise classes, health walks and line dancing.
