STAFF from a mental health care trust will be cycling to their new hospital in Darlington tomorrow as part of National Bike Week.
The event has been organised by County Durham and Darlington Priority Services NHS Trust to encourage staff to think about leaving their car at home and biking to work.
The cyclists will bike from the Pierremont Unit, next to Darlington Memorial Hospital, to the new £20m West Park Hospital, which is due to open at the end of the year.
The hospital will have covered bays for bicycles and lockers and shower facilities for staff.
