Endless job opportunities are being created in the Wear Valley by an expanding company that relocated to the district this year.
Reach Out Care, an agency for foster carers and support and training network for social and community services, moved to the outskirts of Bishop Auckland, when it outgrew its old Durham City base.
Now it is looking to enlist countless numbers of foster carers in the area to try to meet the nation's demand for long and short term care of needy children.
