PUPILS at a Guisborough school will enjoy a taste of Indian life next week.
Park Lane Infant School is celebrating an arts week through music, dance, drama, art, story and food to introduce youngsters to life and culture in India.
Visitors with various skills will work with the children and adults in school every day.
On Monday, Naina Malde will demonstrate Indian crafts, and Satnam Singh will show off Indian percussion and dancing skills on Tuesday.
Wednesday is Indian food day, and on Thursday storyteller Roop Singh will be in school.
The week ends with fabric painting by Naina Malde on Friday morning and dancing with Waheeda Ismail and family in the afternoon.
Parents are invited to join in the celebrations on Tuesday and Thursday and can join their children for lunch with an Indian theme during the week.
