A FREE ten-week course in Bollywood dancing is running in Hartlepool.
Launched as part of a multi-cultural arts event and funded by New Deal for Communities, the course is being held at The People's Centre until mid-July.
The dance group will perform at the Hartlepool Maritime Festival on July 3 and 4.
Course organiser Vanessa Zandani, a resident volunteer with New Deal, said; "It is great fun, and many of the dancers have found a new self-confidence, and apart from the exercise, the course increases awareness of the Indian culture and uses the arts to help break down barriers."
