Wolsingham Club lost their unbeaten record in the competition when they went down in the local derby against the holders, Wolsingham Mill Race.
The Race reached 119 when their overs ran out with Wayne Booth making 28 and David Jewell 25, whilst N. Peveller was the leading Club bowler with 3 for 8. The Club's batting collapsed with four ducks in the line up and only A. Shuttleworth with 13 and D. Gillies with 10 managing to reach double figures before N. Peveller made a late scoring burst to finish with 24 not out.
Stanhope Grey Bull knocked up 132 with their final wicket falling to the last ball of the 20 overs when they played Wolsingham Teachers. Opener I. Smith led the Bull's scoring with 25 and he as ably supported by G. Peadon on 19, A. Gibson 16, A. Morton 14, E. Hepple 13 and J. Iley 12. The Teachers reply was dominated by 27 from G. Thompson and 25 from G. Dalton but the remainder of the team failed to match their efforts and they were dismissed for 85 in 14 overs.
Crook Golden Fleece conceded their match against Tow Law All Stars.
