After winning five outstanding matches Teesside had two left to play and were looking to carry on their good form. The first match was won 2-0 with all the girls being on fine form and two fantastic goals by Paige McClean and Taz Cann deciding the match in Teesside's favour.
Teesside didn't have time to celebrate as they only had five minutes to prepare for their final game. The game was only five minutes old when a superb cross by Katie was hammered into the back of the net by the impressive Kelly.
Katie was having a fine match and got the second goal herself, now with a two-goal cushion behind them Teesside went on to totally outplay their opponents and score a further eight goals and the final score of 10-0 was just reward for an outstanding performance by all the team.
The scorers were Kelly (3), Taz (3), Paige (3) and a special mention must go to Sophie who scored her first goal of the season by running the entire length of the pitch and blasting it into the bottom corner of the net.
Coach Paula must also be congratulated for her part in turning the girls into a fine team who entertain whenever they play well-done Paula. As for who got the match ball, nobody knows
