RYTON posted an impressive 177-3 on their way to a clinical 52 runs win against Aidan House in the First Division.
Colin Haggie 55 and Archie Rowell 35 top scored in the runs spree that was always going to be too difficult for Aidan House to match.
Sean Smith did his best to give Aidan House a fighting chance, but when he fell two runs short of his half century so too did the hopes of his side as they finished on 125-5 with Mark Rowell picking up three of those wickets
In Division Two, Bar BHT were impressive nine wickets winners of Adders who they restricted to 83-8 with Gabbitas 3-19 and Knowles 2-22 doing the bulk of the damage with the ball.
After a collapse of early wickets, Colin Chapman's unbeaten 26 and 18 not out from John Ward steered Coquet to a hard-earned four wickets win over Monkseaton Saints who had earlier made 92-6 with Karl Taylor unbeaten on 46.
In the League Cup, Newcastle College conceded to Bar BHT as did British Airways to Kirkwood.
