THIRSK Falcons' under-11 team have finished as champions in their first season.
After a shaky start to the season, the team went on an unbeaten run of 13 games, winning 12, scoring 83 goals and conceding just 12.
Manager Paul Newcombe said: "This is a remarkable achievement for the boys, who were playing their first season. Division three now awaits them next season and hopefully they can build on their success".
