The event has been organised by Crook captain Les Langley and is dedicated to the memory of his wife, Alison, who died in January, aged 34, after being diagnosed with liver cancer.
The celebrity team will include Darlington boss David Hodgson, former Quakers and Liverpool star David Speedie, ex-Sunderland player Steve Agnew and others.
The match kicks off at 3pm. Admission is £3, concessions £1.
An auction including Crook shirts signed by England legends Paul Gascoigne and Peter Beardsley, and a programme signed by Newcastle's Alan Shearer will also be held.
