A MOTHER has set up a lifestyle management company to help others cope with the mundane daily chores facing every family.

Gillian Myres, of Durham Road, Spennymoor, launched the professional organising business to handle a variety of tasks for those who need an extra pair of hands.

As a lifestyle organiser she is prepared to plan parties, purchase and wrap presents, arrange and collect dry cleaning, make travel arrangements and manage diaries.

She can also wait in for deliveries or tradesmen to arrive, de-clutter people's homes, assist in the planning of weddings and type correspondence.

Perfectly Organised also offers a date reminder service available so customers need never miss a birthday or anniversary again.

The married mother-of-one said: "I knew there had to be many other people in the same boat as me, who didn't have family around to rely on and help them out."

Mrs Myres, 43, has also recently achieved an ITQ British Computer Society level two qualification, through Bishop Auckland College.

"I think this qualification will really help and enable me to carry on doing office work in some capacity, which is where the office assistance side of the business comes in, " she said.

The company is able to offer services to small business and sole traders, ranging from accounts assistance, credit control, typing and diary management, to organising staff parties or trade exhibitions.

Bookings can be taken for almost any job from anything between an hour and a week, depending on the clients' needs. The cost is based on an hourly rate.
