There were two competitions held this week, the first was a midweeker stableford played on Wednesday.

A large number of members took part. Excellent scores were recorded and the winners were:

1 A Peacock 43 points; 2 H Sutton 42; 3 K Thompson 41.

On Sunday, June 20 the Scott Trophy was played for over two rounds where the nett scores counted. Again excellent scores were achieved with the course being in excellent condition. Well done, green staff.

The winners were as follows: 1 Michael Farley 64 and 70 134; 2 Rob Hughes 68 and 70 138; 3 Stu Goodwin 67 and 72 139; 4 A K Pearse 66 and 74 140; 5 Stuart Serginson 73 and 68 141; 6 Ray Daniels 70 73 143.
