McDONALD'S is throwing open its doors on Monday to show guests around one of its factories.
Visitors will be given the opportunity to ask questions, such how the food is made and where the ingredients come from.
They will visit Marlow Foods, in Stokesley, near Middlesbrough, which supplies McDonald's UK with Quorn, and go behind the scenes at the Coulby Newham restaurant.
McDonald's spokesman Narinder Singh said: "We receive lots of questions about what goes on behind the scenes in a McDonald's restaurant, particularly about the ingredients we use.
"Now it's our opportunity to open the doors of our suppliers and our kitchens and let the people see for themselves."
Representatives from Marlow Foods and McDonald's will be on hand to answer questions from guests, who include local councillors and representatives from the Vegetarian Society.
