THE Inland Revenue has taken rooms with views of the River Tyne.
The department will occupying six floors of Cale Cross House, Newcastle, a quarter of the available office space in the refurbished 18-storey building.
The 20,000sq ft of office space that will be occupied by the Inland Revenue is being fitted-out, with staff moving in the next month.
Lamb and Edge commercial property consultants is marketing office space at Cale Cross on behalf of owners Wordrapid Limited.
The £6.5m refurbishment of Cale Cross transformed its exterior from black to silver, and included 900 windows being fitted.
