FIVE young North-East musicians will perform a concert in Durham City on Sunday.
The Jacks Clarinet Quintet will be playing in St Cuthbert's Church, in North Road, at 2pm.
The quintet is made up of clarinettist Jonathan Parkin, 19, from Seaham, 19; violinists Clare Gale, 18, from Darlington, and Stuart Murray, 18, from Durham City; violist Alistair Mills, 16, from Newcastle, and cellist Joanne Keithley, 19, from Durham City.
The teenagers met through Young Sinfonia, the youth orchestra of the Northern Sinfonia.
Miss Gale said: "We have done a couple of concerts together before, but this is the first one where we have tried to get a really good audience, so we are hoping lots of people come to see us."
Tickets, price £3, or £2 for concessions, are available on 0191-384 4002.
