NEARLY 150 runners competed in the annual Yarm 5k fun run.
The two new trophies introduced last year for the year ten/11 section, the Nigel Bentley Memorial Trophy and the Philip Mills Memorial Trophy, were won by Adam Mitchell and Caitlin Pearson, respectively.
Other winners were: adult section Andrew Henderson and Marie Stansmore, years seven to nine Jamie Davison and Charlotte Lappin, years five and six Alister Aitkin and Eleanor Christon, years one to four Harry Spencer and Amy Bentley.
The event was organised by Yarm District Lions, in association with Conyers School. MP Dari Taylor presented the prizes.
