The fourth and final round of the Darlington Grand Slam Badminton Competition took place at the Dolphin Centre on Sunday, July 4.
For the first time in the history of the Darlington Grand Slam Badminton Competition trophies have been awarded to the overall winners of the competition. Therefore, the organizers would like to express their appreciation to the following who have made this possible: National Window Systems; Cummins Engine Company; NK Lifton; The Darlington Freemasons; Haughton Junior Badminton Club; Haughton Senior Badminton Club.
The organisers would also like to thank the following people who have continually assisted at the event throughout the year: John and Petra Hall, Geradine Watson, Malcolm Sellers and Ian Boyd.
