BIKE lovers have the chance to win a Harley Davidson by cracking a safe this weekend.
The winner will ride off on the powerful V Rod as part of the Ridewell event on Sunday if they can crack the code and get their hands on the ignition keys.
Military vehicles, including historic dispatch bikes, will be attending the event at Preston Park, Eaglescliffe, on Sunday, to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the D-Day landings.
Just Harleys is also providing Cleveland Police with a long-term loan of a V Rod, which will be fully marked for operational use and will be on display at the event.
Teesside stunt rider and European stunt champion, Sonnie Ferguson, will put on a performance at the event.
Organiser Sergeant Nick Walker, of the road policing unit, said: "The Ridewell event is going from strength to strength, attracting more visitors each year. This year's chance to win a Harley V Rod will no doubt be a big hit.
"This is a family event which does have something for everybody. There are foodstalls and fairground rides, trade stands for bargains and of course the military display."
The show takes place between 10am and 5pm.
