A CAT whose wandering days are over is in need of a home.
Wallace, a silver tabby tom cat, has spent the past few months as a stray, being cared for and fed by a number of people.
But after suffering a minor foot injury, Wallace is being looked after by the National Animal Sanctuary Support League, which has had the animal neutered.
Pauline Wilson, of the league, says Wallace is estimated to be about three years old and is "a big softy".
She said: "He's a lovely cat. He will just sit in your arms like a baby. I think his wandering days are over and he is looking to put down some roots."
Anyone interested in giving Wallace a home can contact Mrs Wilson on (01325) 321855 or 07748 268822.
