TEES Valley Riding Club were asked to provide the display promoting the riding clubs movement at the Voice of the Horse show at Hedley West Farm, near Beamish.
Members were also on hand to give any information about the work of the movement and their display reflected the diverse activities available to members.
Four club members have passed the Horse Welfare Stage 1 examination. Their training, carried out by Emma Cox, will continue to Stage 2 level with an examination due in August.
The successful candidates are Barbara Arkle, Val Usher, Francis Bainbridge and Leanne Tennick. Horse welfare training is ongoing and anyone interested should contact Barbara Arkle on 01642 788424.
