STAFF working for the County Durham probation service have been praised in a report.
Andrew Bridges, the chief inspector of probation, said the service was well managed with staff showing positive leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.
County Durham's chief probation officer Pam McPhee said the report demonstrated that staff could make a difference.
