A STEAM engine rally held in North Yorkshire this weekend was hailed a great success with more than 700 exhibitors from all over the country.
Attractions at the Masham Steam Engine and Fair Organ Rally included one of the largest collections of fair organs in the North, displays of horses and drays, and a large collection of vintage cars and machinery.
Gill Ford, one of the organising committee, said: "It's been a wonderful day and the crowds have been very busy. We've had exhibitors from Essex to Edinburgh.
"There's been some really good quality and a really wide range of exhibits, including a steam-driven car, which is quite rare.
"We've also got a good collection of cycles including one which dates back to 1890.
"We'd really like to say a big thank you to everyone who has come along and supported us."
