Teenage actors from the Jackass Youth Theatre and professional artists from Jack Drum Arts are teaming up for summer workshops based on a production of the Hindu epic tale The Ramayana.
Drumming, music, mask-making, costume making, dance, drama and face and body painting sessions are being held over the next few weeks at Wolsingham School and Community College, County Durham.
Performances will be on Thursday, August 12, at Wolsingham, Friday, August 13, in Hamsterley Forest and Saturday, August 14, in Blackhill Park, Consett.
