WEIRD and wonderful structures created by art students have gone on display in Darlington.
The designs include a giant pair of stuffed pants, an inflatable sphere and a ball gown made from wire and melted plastics.
Students from Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College have created the works of art for an exhibition at the Myles Meehan Gallery, in Darlington Arts Centre, Vane Terrace.
Anita Blackburn, from the college, said: "There is much to see in this show.
"It has a wow factor which is enticing, seductive, confrontational, thought-provoking and great fun."
The exhibition is open from 10am to 8pm every day until Saturday.
