A MAN has been warned he is facing years behind bars after breaching a court order - for the 12th time.
Carl Brannan was made the subject of an anti-social behaviour order in September 2002, which banned him from entering Oxclose, Washington, Wearside, for ten years.
But the 29-year-old has persistently ignored the order, which was made by Sunderland magistrates, and appeared at Newcastle Crown Court yesterday for a further breach.
He pleaded guilty to breaching the order by entering the estate on April 7, during the short hearing before Judge Guy Whitburn.
The case was adjourned until the week of August 23 for the preparation of a pre-sentence report.
Brannan, of High Barnes, Great Lumley, was remanded in custody.
